I ordered the chef salad. The home made ranch was great! Wine would have made it even better.

My husband and I are regular diners at this Black Bear and we have recommended it to many others who are looking for a great meal at a good price, combined with prompt, friendly service. We have eaten various items from the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu and have never been disappointed! Our most recent visit was for breakfast on 6/29/17 - prompt seating, excellent service from one of our favorite waitresses (Penny), and the usual excellent quality food. We will continue to be frequent visitors!!!
We were there Tuesday morning. Our server was very friendly. The food was delicious. We had to ask for our second cup of coffee but the server was so pleasant we didn't mind (and she brought it immediiately). We will return again. Thank you.
