In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Kesley was my server and she was always on top of service. Drinks were always ready when i was getting ready for another refill. Always checking up on how's the food, great by the way. Highly recommend you coming to try her service yourself
