Checked in and was told it would be a 45 min wait. After 50 min of not being called to a table, I approached the hostess only to be told I wasn’t on the list to be seated. I even received a confirmation text stating they were working on my table. Instead of seating us immediately to fix the problem, they told me I could get back on the list (another 45 min wait). Unbelievable! Terrible customer service delivered and no offer to fix their mistake. Will be telling everyone I know not to waste their time with this diner.
My wife and I waited for an hour to try this new place out only to find out they gave our seat to someone else. When we approached the staff they only offered to put us back on the list. Seriously? No one’s breakfast is worth an hour wait and then to be treated so rudely. We go to dinners for the service, don’t waist your time going here. Plenty of other great places to get eggs and bacon… We won’t be back.
