In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Great service, good food. We had the pesto salmon and the chicken pot pie - delicious! Jaime was an excellent server! We will be back.
Five Stars!!! Had dinner there tonight with friends. Every time is a great experience, although this is my first time giving a review. Tonight Luis was our waiter; I’ve never been treated better dining out. This pleasant young man deserves a raise.

The food is always great, and I love going in whenever Jessica is there. She’s so sweet and nice, one of the best workers there!
