In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. ms Jazz was our server, she was super, good hood also
Ate for first time, love it! Jazz waited on us-so friendly and helpful. Ate waffle/bacon/fresh fruit. Portions large. Guy at next table had a biscuit-never seen one that large. Will be back
