In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Came here yesterday and the food was great, the place was clean and my waitress Lex was absolutely incredible. She made sure I was satisfied and got me refills and whatever else I needed. I will definitely be coming here again.
