I went to see Dr Jacono based on his reviews, he charges 200.00 consult. He is very nice man very knowledgeable and knows his work. That said he is a doctor for the rich only. He charges more than double what most doctors charge. I went to his 5th Ave office. He showed me pictures and told me what I would need. The pictures he shows are wonderful. He made sure to answer any questions I had about the procedure, and he made me feel extremely comfortable through it all. I'm so pleased with the results of my nose. It's so darn cute and finally I see definition in my tip. After my third rhinoplasty, I was nervous about getting another procedure done on my face but after consulting with Dr. Jacono he made me feel assured that he was confident in his ability to achieve what I wanted. It's super exciting to have found someone who is an artist at sculpting my nose. I can't wait to see the final results of his work.

I went to several consultations before deciding to go with Dr. Jacono and I am so happy with the results. Dr. Jacono was very clear and direct with me and knew exactly what I was looking for. I always hated the distance between my lip and my nose. I tried a filler once and it just made my top lip stick out and look silly. I started researching lip lift procedures and this site was very helpful, so I thought it only right to post my results to possibly help someone else as well.
