Results exceeded my expectations. I trusted dr Jacono from the start. This is one of my largest spending lately but well worth it. I look much younger, very happy and husband very happy as well. I recommend this procedure with dr Jacono! Also, as a bonus, very professional and caring staff and office is clean and beautiful.

I'm generally youthful in appearance for my age, except for a "turkey neck" and sagging jowls. I was reluctant to have plastic surgery for fear of scarring. It was important that the problem be fixed without being obvious that I had had a face and neck lift. Happily, Dr. Jacono delivered, and my appearance has improved how I wanted without having it apparent due to scarring or other tell tale signs.

I went to see Dr Jacono based on his reviews, he charges 200.00 consult. He is very nice man very knowledgeable and knows his work. That said he is a doctor for the rich only. He charges more than double what most doctors charge. I went to his 5th Ave office. He showed me pictures and told me what I would need. The pictures he shows are wonderful. Some male Hollywood stars have facelifts that look so un-natural. I didn't want that, even tho, in my own eyes, I was in need of a facelift, given my "droopy dog" look at age 68. Doctor Jacono did an amazing job on my rhinoplasty and I am very happy with the outcome. He made sure to answer any questions I had about the procedure, and he made me feel extremely comfortable through it all. I highly recommend Doctor Jacono for all those considering undergoing a rhinoplasty procedure.
I'm so pleased with the results of my nose. It's so darn cute and finally I see definition in my tip. After my third rhinoplasty, I was nervous about getting another procedure done on my face but after consulting with Dr. Jacono he made me feel assured that he was confident in his ability to achieve what I wanted.
