Great location & service Very accommodating Customer Service. Pleased with this quality location.
Staff work with you when you have questions or need help with your space. We have had issues with length of time lights are on, which has been updated. Immediate help with snow and ice removal, etc. There were issues with the air conditioning and it was looked into and fixed. We are pleased with the staff and the building.
Easy and fast setup Polite, locks available for purchase - no complaints.
10/10 would recommend The staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience with their facilities. I have no complaints. Would absolutely recommend this storage unit spot to a friend.
Great storage for the price It would get a 5 star rating but the elevators at this location needs to be updated and fixed. Otherwise I can't complain.
Great The acting manager that's there at this time she is awesome and great I really think you guys should acknowledge her she replaced taking over the store as of now Rebecca that no longer is with you I'm sorry but I didn't catch your name but she's there every day working her butt off and has the best service offered
Professional,, Clean and Safe The atmosphere is very Professional, Clean and Safe. I know when I go in after hours, I'll be safe. The personal are always helpful. Just wish I was closer to the entrance. The price has increased quite a bit since I first rented. Signs of the times. Will tell folks to rent from Prime.
