Clean, nice access Rented a 10 x 20, door was easy to open, lock fit nicely, no issues what so ever. Customer service was always attentive.
Clean. Temp controlled. Well managed. Have rented two units for about 12 years. Both temp controlled. Clean facilities. Well managed. Rental costs have increased year over year since ânewâ ownership. Have stayed with the new company due to location and quality of service. On my recommended list.
Ground floor easy access location. Moving is never fun but the friendly people at Prime Storage took care of my wife and I. They really made the process easy set us up with the unit we wanted. Auto billing made monthly payments easy.
Ridiculous Rent Increase I understand the need for raising rents as everything is sky-rocketing; however, jacking rent up nearly $25 is ridiculous. As soon as summer hits, I will be shopping around for a cheaper location. As for the unit and premises, they are incredibly clean, and I always feel safe while there. Those factors are the SOLE reason I have yet to immediately remove everything from my unit and cancel.

The storage price goes up too often. It is really expensive. Good service, but too expensive
