Great customer service! The employees are very courteous and helpful. Their rental fees are comparable to others in the area. They have recently replaced the doors to the units.

Works for what we need We needed a temporary place to house some things while we sold our home. The unit we got was clean and easy to access, although we are in the very back of the building so there is some maneuvering and an elevator ride to our unit. The elevator was out of service twice when we attempted to bring stuff to our unit (now it is operational again), but having only 1 elevator for the entire building is a downside. Very professional, friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. This is my 2nd time renting a storage unit with Prime Storage. My reason for returning the 2nd time is because of the pricing of the units. The staff is always friendly, professional and courteous. If I have any questions regarding my storage unit out the property theyâre readily available to assist me immediately. What I really like about Prime Storage on Shallowford is that itâs conveniently located near me and the storage units are easily accessible.
As expected There are a couple of small openings on the front side of my unit. I would not want to store anything too expensive in it . Itâs fine for my work tools and equipment. Also when it snows you have to dig your way in they only plow the traffic laneâs. Everything else is fine. I do feel as though rent has went up yearly too.
