"Excellent service" Called around 1230 to see if I could get in that same day, and they were able to do so. Did an oil change w/filter, tire rotation, rear differential service, and checked all filters & such in under an hour. Doesn't get much better than that.
"New battery and air bag replacement " My battery was low so stopped to have it checked. It needed replacement, and while that was being done, they also checked to see if my car was on the new list needing air bag replacement. It was, and they did it immediately. All of this was done in an hour. Earlier in the week, I stopped to have air in tires topped off; they did it in ten minutes. Everyone is super helpful and great.
"Not impressed with my visit" Usually I always have very good things to say about the dealership as well as customer service. However, my last visit the employee that I was dealing with was rude, unfriendly and made snarky remarks. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but don’t take it out on me! If at all possible, I will ask to be helped by someone other than this person.
"Quick and easy" They got me in and out very quickly and didn't force me to do anything that wasn't needed. They are all so friendly and helpful.
"Service center the best" I have always been treated as an important customer at The service department. They went over and above to get my snow tires on last minute when i showed up for an oil change. They have been professional with service and advice.
"Service" Service was good and got us in on short notice late on a Friday afternoon. Discovered a couple of air filters needed to be replaced and recommended other services that needed attention
"Oil change" They were timely, informative, and positive. The team worked hard to complete our work quickly and was able to meet that our needs for an appointment.
"Lasting experience will do again " Excellent salesman and car car was delivered on time and was as described Sam was very knowledgeable with all the functions of the car and told us how to operate them
"First time" I purchased my car in July and this was my first "check up" and oil change. Steve let me know what would be done and how long it would require. I asked about making another key for the car and he immediately checked to see if that could be done. I was comfortable as I waited and believe I received the information needed to keep my car in good running order. Thank you.
