"Awesome deals, no hassle, great personalities" This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, and I could definitely say that it was a great one. "Pleasant and easy-going experience" After trading in a truck, I bought a used Honda. While there was a bit of "dickering" about the value of the truck (a process I never enjoy for many reasons), I found that overall the experience about as painless as possible. I especially enjoyed the human touch from the sale representative, Seth-- something that will encourage me to recommend his services to my friends should they every need to consider shopping for a good used auto.
On phone and smoking vape instead of working on car. 5 oil instead of 6 like last time. New system all on phone, did not know this. They said I needed new filter but they pulled car out before I could respond. Had an appointment for 9 didn't start it till noon. I've been going here for years. This was very bad service.

Went shopping for a new vehicle and the kid we dealt with was very nice. However my wife the purchaser and people kept looking at me. Wife not happy. We also did not receive a 2nd key fob for our RDX. Sales was no help with trying to find the 2nd FOB. My wife wanted the car anyway. We bought a replacement FOB on line but when we went to service the fellow I spoke to was less than helpful and stated they would charge me a fee for programing even if the FOB would not work. Was told I was financed for 15 k when I got screwed for 20 k , don't trust the papers you will hafta sign, the car only sells for 10 k on KBB in good condition they didn't even clean or repair when brought back in AND AFTER THEY SCREWED ME THEY STILL WANT INFORMATION FROM ME THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD THEY DAY I GOT THE CAR.

I was misinformed by the service technician that was assigned to me. So now I don’t know what I should believe. He said I needed a power steering flush and showed me a picture of what power steering fluid looks like in a car mines age. The funny thing is in July of 2024 I had a new pump and hose put on at your dealership, along with other things. I was satisfied with that technician and was sorry to hear he was no longer there. After more than 25 years of giving Corwin our business, our recent experience with Corwin will be our last. Aug 15, 2024, we brought our vehicle in for a repair before taking a road trip. A noise increased as we traveled resulting in an emergency 3 hour wait in a Honda dealership in Utah where we learned that the Corwin mechanic had not properly completed the repair. Really poor buying experience. Every step of the process was way too complicated and the salesperson Robert Saavedra yelled at my girlfriend over the phone while she was at the bank getting the loan completed. Unprofessional. I would never buy a car here again.
