"Pleasant and easy-going experience" After trading in a truck, I bought a used Honda. While there was a bit of "dickering" about the value of the truck (a process I never enjoy for many reasons), I found that overall the experience about as painless as possible. I especially enjoyed the human touch from the sale representative, Seth-- something that will encourage me to recommend his services to my friends should they every need to consider shopping for a good used auto.
Went shopping for a new vehicle and the kid we dealt with was very nice. However my wife the purchaser and people kept looking at me. Wife not happy. We also did not receive a 2nd key fob for our RDX. Sales was no help with trying to find the 2nd FOB. My wife wanted the car anyway. We bought a replacement FOB on line but when we went to service the fellow I spoke to was less than helpful and stated they would charge me a fee for programing even if the FOB would not work. We were not offered any advice from the service person... read more
