"Pleasant and easy-going experience" After trading in a truck, I bought a used Honda. While there was a bit of "dickering" about the value of the truck (a process I never enjoy for many reasons), I found that overall the experience about as painless as possible. I especially enjoyed the human touch from the sale representative, Seth-- something that will encourage me to recommend his services to my friends should they every need to consider shopping for a good used auto.
