"To expensive" Had to have transmission flushed only after owning the vehicle for 7 months. This was purchased at Eisinger Honda as a used vehicle and this vehicle had been maintained at this dealership but was sold to me even knowing the transmission was due to have a flush. This was unknown at the time of the service and never disclosed. The over all cost was over $300 even after being quoted a lesser cost before having the work done.
"Worst Honda dealership I’ve ever been to" This dealer is the sole reason that I won’t buy another Honda. During a routine oil change, the service department told my wife that our CR-V needed new brake pads and rotors less than 8 months after they replaced the pads and rotors. When I returned and questioned the need for new brake pads and rotors, they had a “senior” technician look at the vehicle and he determined that everything looked fine. "Ridiculously expensive" Took car for oil change tire rotation. Service call was an all day event. We were charged $104 dollars. Car had to be returned later in the week due to car rattling (had never done this before). It was blamed on tires now being out of balance. Was charged additional $34 to fix. Will not be back.
"Prompt service" My vehicle was done in the time estimated. I had a free oil change from when I purchased the vehicle and hoped to leave with no further charges, but there was one thing that had to be done at 15,000 miles.
"Oil change and tire rotation" I had an appointment at 10:30 a.m. arrived on time I was told they would be done at 11:30 and it was right on time not a minute late
"Recall" Had an airbag recall so called the dealership, made an appointment and they fixed it.I took a nap , drank a little coffee and left. It took about an hour.
"Poor communication " Expectations were largely overstated. Not wanting to take responsibility. Very low on empathy. Work seems to have been done accurately.. knowledge of workers seems limited. Awareness wasn't communicated and promise was not kept
"only thing more disappointing than my car is the service" I purchased a used car from Eisinger and the check engine light came on on the way home. I returned and was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong with the car. After a few return trips the changed an O2 sensor but my problems continued. I have lost count of how many times the check enginipe light has come on! I took it to another dealer and have an incredibly long list of ailments we will be stuck fixing. "Absolutely Horrible Service Experience" Quoted me a price and I paid in full. Next time I came back they told me I owed them $235 more. 2 arguments later, I'll never spend another dime with Eisinger Honda.
