I cannot say enough great praise and gratitude to [name removed]! I was going through severe stress and worry trying to get my bedridden mother the proper care she needs. Our insurance wasn't making it an easy process at all! [name removed] treated me like family and was constantly reassuring me and encouraging me through this difficult time. She went above and beyond normal work hours! Pacifica Riverside is a wonderful home for loved ones.

This community was not as clean, inviting, open or lively as the community we chose. Just overall not a good fit for my loved one.

Wow we looked at several places and this facility was the best it was clean, easy to find and accessible loved the cottages.

There did not seem to be anything wrong with the meals, our loved one was difficult at times and would say they were awful, but she also ate every single meal. We also had meals ourselves and they were good. We were able to observe some musical live entertainment and it was a little loud but overall nice. They also had other daily activities for the residents. We do wish they would be more open to family suggestion.
