My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Riverside in the Memory Care unit. Overall, the experience at this facility has been good. The cleanliness and friendliness are good. The meals and activities are also good. The care services are okay. I believe that the staff at Pacifica Senior Living Riverside are truly dedicated and try to help those in their care.

I can say that family need to be constantly involved in the process of activities. I felt that based on the communication I experienced with the admitting staff that communication was probably a strong asset of the facility. In reality, I felt communication was initiated by myself. Community is very clean and friendly. The residents seem very happy and cared for. I am looking forward to seeing how my mom does here. I have good expectations. Today is my mom's first day.

This place provides Excellant care for the residence and peace of mind for the families. Priceless!It was the best decision I made regarding my husbands care. They took such good care of him. They relieved all my worries. And my husband was so happy there . We picked this community, because they are friendly, kind and caring staff. Many activities for residence and families. Good food.
