The staff really cares and know their patients and it has been a smooth transition for my Dad. He really likes it there and loves sitting outside in the courtyard. My Dad has gain weight from eating well and getting his medicines consistently. When he lived alone I wasn't sure if he was eating consistently and I know he wasn't take his medicines correctly. They are very strict with medication. Need hand written prescription with dr signature. This is due to safety of the resident. The facility is very clean - have seen housekeepers. They would introduce themselves. Windows are opened during the day to get fresh air. At first, we thought he didn't like the food since he wasn't eating. Maybe it was the adjustment. My dad seems to like the food now because he's eating. If he's asleep during meal time, they will save the food and feed him once awake. The move in process was stress... read more

Pacifica Senior Living Riverside has, by far, the best planned residence for Memory Care. I was impressed by how well designed this place is and by how much thought was put into every aspect of this facility. The cottages are set up around a secured area or yard with a walking path that leads from one entrance to one cottage and out to the other. My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Riverside and everything has been going very well for him at this facility so far. The staff are good. The cleanliness and friendliness are very good. The care services, activities, meals and value for cost are also good. My only complaint would be that it's hard to reach someone every time you call to check on your loved one. Otherwise, things have been going really well.

We were so nervous and overwhelmed when tasked with finding care for my uncle. The staff was caring, welcoming and empathetic. They made a challenging process easier. My uncle is settling in and making this is new home.
