After visiting other communities we could really tell here at Pacifica that the staff to residents ratio was right where it needed to me, they have the right amount of staff to give that more personalized care to the residents. Our loved one is happy and well taken care of and that makes us happy. Pacifica Senior Living: Riverside Legacies Memory Care is one of the only communities that had different buildings for different stages of dementia, including severe cases. It's only memory care and that layout is helpful for people who have challenging behaviors that other facilities may not be prepared to take. I enjoy attending these events for my father. you all work really hard to put on such a wonderful event. the food is SO good! we love having our dad in a caring facility.

I cannot say enough great praise and gratitude to [name removed]! I was going through severe stress and worry trying to get my bedridden mother the proper care she needs. Our insurance wasn't making it an easy process at all! [name removed] treated me like family and was constantly reassuring me and encouraging me through this difficult time. She went above and beyond normal work hours! Pacifica Riverside is a wonderful home for loved ones.
