We moved to Chandler 4 years ago. I was sad to leave my vet and worried about finding a new one. Buster is a Golden Retriever (14 yrs old) who suffered from chronic ear infections and other age related ailments so, I needed to find a new vet pretty quick. Yelp led me to Countryside and Dr Dunning. Their reviews were great and they were super close to our new home. Dr Dunning is so sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Dunning and all the staff at Countryside are very professional, friendly, warm, caring and knowledgeable. As a new client who hasn't had a puppy in many years, they put my mind at ease, fully explained all the questions that I had (which were many) and gave the necessary information in a patient manner. I appreciate the amount of time spent with my pet and me. You can tell that they genuinely love the animals.

Great staff, great Vet. The facility is always clean and doesn't smell like a vet's office. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and sweet with my rescue pup. Dr. Dunning has patiently worked with my dog until he is able to examine him and draw blood without the little terror showing his teeth or snapping. AMAZING! He also cared for my Bouvier for most of her life and under his care she lived to be almost 15. Unheard of in such a big dog. I recommend Countryside and Dr. Dunning without reservation.

Meech got his last tooth removed today with Dr. Brooke Hoppe. I do have to say as stressful as it was, Countryside Animal Hospital in Tempe did an amazing job. They made the both of us feel comfortable and the concern they had for Meech's well being was comforting. This was not his first rodeo and every time we have done this before picking him up was always a horrific experience. He would be bleeding, his pupils Dialated, and would have difficulty walking. Truly the best. We've been to many many vets in Tempe and this was the best one yet. This was our first visit here, our Dog hates the vet like most but she loved everyone here. She was extremely sick and has been passing blood and they gave us all the options that are best plus all the backup plans all written out if needed. Got a first time coupon without even having to ask for it. Thanks once again to Dr. Dunning for coming up with a remedy for our dachshund Herman. He has recovered from a recent intestinal problem. Back to "business" as usual! It's so great to have a vet you can trust. And we always appreciate the friendly and kind office staff!!

I had a great first experience here! I was worried my cat Jefferson might have a UTI so I called Countryside and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. They were so flexible with scheduling which was great. The staff was extremely friendly and you can tell they genuinely love animals! The facilities are also extremely clean and well kept. We LOVE Countryside Animal Hospital. It's is the cleanest, friendliest, and most professional animal hospital in the valley. We have gone to a few other vets in the valley, and now we are never going anywhere else. Seriously, I have only done one other yelp review and it was for another vet that seriously botched our dog's sedation and grooming. I was able to get in for an appointment almost immediately. Everyone was very friendly and understanding, even though my cat can be a bit mean (understatement) at the vet. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill. The vet was patient with my cat and let me know all of my options. Plus they offered me a cup of chamomile tea while I waited, and I didn't have to wait long at all! I am so glad I found my new vet!
