I have been going to Countryside for a few years now and love the office, the staff and the doctors. They all seem to really care about my pets (babies)! I signed up for the Paw Plan for my 7 year old Chihuahua and I am so glad I did. He got his teeth cleaned this year and he's had a couple office visits, which were covered. Someone from the office called to let me know that the plan was expiring and that I still have services available if I wanted to book those before expiration. The five star rating of Countryside was one of the reasons we chose this hospital. We were new in town, so Yelp was a big help in choosing Countryside. Now that we've had work done on our dog and cats, we echo what everyone else is saying; "clean facility", friendly, competent staff and great docs. Another big plus for us was not having to wait for and appointment or for treatment when we arrived.

I brought my pup in here yesterday and I have no complaints! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. I will definitely be using this place as our regular vet for now on!

Took my fur baby in because she had a really weird mark by her ribs. The staff was very sweet. They offered me coffee or water while we were in the waiting room. The doctor was very sweet and straight forward wth me. What I thought was the end of the world for my fur baby was just a bruise! Doctor said I could try to monitor it and if it got worse come back for lab work. But she was right and To was a bruise and went away a few days after! She didn't try to sell me labs or testing. We were referred by a friend to this vet. We used a different local vet but were not satisfied with the quality of service. It was time for a regular check up for our cats but one was also having issues that indicated a UTI. We called on a Saturday and were able to get an appointment for the following Monday with Dr. Widener. They took some general information to help the check in process go smoothly on Monday. I switched to this veterinary office after wanting a change for my fur baby and his previous vet and the reviews here made it an easy decision to become a new client here. The ease of making an appointment online was great, the follow up and confirmation of the appointment was fantastic and I can't say enough about how helpful, friendly, welcoming and educational the staff were. Will definitely be bringing my furry family member and any future ones here for years to come.

Dr. Dunning has great "petside" manner. He was immediately engaged and interested in my pet. We also having our grooming here. Highly recommend Michelle - she is great with our dog who never wants to head in through the door to grooming. Kim at the front desk is a joy to work with and provides great customer service.

These vets and front desk staff are great!! They are trustworthy and take great care of both of my dogs! I recently moved out of Tempe/Chandler - but I assure you I will still take my dogs/future dogs there because they are the best!
