My poodle got a leg injury so I took her to some emergency vet in Scottsdale. They charged me way too much and told me that she's fine, just keep her off of her leg and it will heal. The appointment only took 10 minutes. The next few days she got worse so I decided to take her to Countryside Animal Hospital because it's nearby me. I recently moved and needed to find a new Vet for my 9 year old dog. Dr. Dunning and his staff are welcoming, comforting and a pleasure to visit. They are all very knowledgeable and keep you well informed about the visit and/or the procedure your pet will experience. I was very apprehensive about my dog having a dental cleaning and extraction based on previous experience with another vet. We have been a client/patient for ten years and we completely trust our pets to the doctors and staff and feel very good about where we go. The facility is immaculately clean and modern and I would have a difficult time finding an alternative that we are happy with. Every single person at CAH is the best.

I have been going to Countryside for a few years now and love the office, the staff and the doctors. They all seem to really care about my pets (babies)! I signed up for the Paw Plan for my 7 year old Chihuahua and I am so glad I did. He got his teeth cleaned this year and he's had a couple office visits, which were covered. Someone from the office called to let me know that the plan was expiring and that I still have services available if I wanted to book those before expiration. The five star rating of Countryside was one of the reasons we chose this hospital. We were new in town, so Yelp was a big help in choosing Countryside. Now that we've had work done on our dog and cats, we echo what everyone else is saying; "clean facility", friendly, competent staff and great docs. Another big plus for us was not having to wait for and appointment or for treatment when we arrived.

I brought my pup in here yesterday and I have no complaints! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. I will definitely be using this place as our regular vet for now on!

Took my fur baby in because she had a really weird mark by her ribs. The staff was very sweet. They offered me coffee or water while we were in the waiting room. The doctor was very sweet and straight forward wth me. What I thought was the end of the world for my fur baby was just a bruise! Doctor said I could try to monitor it and if it got worse come back for lab work. But she was right and To was a bruise and went away a few days after! She didn't try to sell me labs or testing. We were referred by a friend to this vet. We used a different local vet but were not satisfied with the quality of service. It was time for a regular check up for our cats but one was also having issues that indicated a UTI. We called on a Saturday and were able to get an appointment for the following Monday with Dr. Widener. They took some general information to help the check in process go smoothly on Monday.
