I brought by dog here a couple of times before I brought her here for the last time when we put her down. The receptionist were so nice and the vets were amazing! When we had decided it was time to go forward to put her down the vet(sorry I can't remember his name) but he was very nice and informed me of everything that was going to happen and gave us all of the time we needed to say goodbye. I just went today to pick up her remains and again the staff was very nice. I wouldn't want to take a pet anywhere else.

The staff at Countryside Animal Hospital are very nice and welcoming. They had a sign outside the door with the animals names they were seeing with appointments and new animals too. I would definitely recommend this place.

Countryside Animal Hospital is the best Vet I have ever been to in the Phoenix Metro area! Dr. Dunning and Dr. Hoppe are always kind and very thorough when doing an exam and they try to make it as painless as possible for my cats Zoey and Gracie. Countryside Animal also offers the PAWS plans which allow you to choose a Health Plan specific to your pet and his or her needs and you can pay monthly so that your pet is covered for the year. We are new to the west coast and have concerns for managing our white pit bull's skin allergies. Came across good reviews on here so that's where we went. From the front door this place seems to have it together. The vet tech even offered us coffee or water, which is a first! I think the vet we saw was Dr Dunning? Young guy, super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Lauren is absolutely amazing! My dog has a lot of issues with anxiety and owner possessiveness, but she made him feel extremely comfortable during our appointment. She gave me an estimate of what the charges would be before proceeding with treatment. Even though money is not an object when it comes to my baby, it was nice to know the roundabout cost I was looking at. This was my first time at Countryside and I will definitely be returning in the future for all my veterinary needs!

All of the Dr.'s here, and the staff, are very professional, caring, and accommodating! I have 6 animals, and new to Arizona. I have found that they are able to diagnose issues accurately, and have so much compassion for your furry baby!! I have also taken some of my animals to the grooming side as well, and they were so kind, I am very pleased with the results there as well! I feel very blessed to have found Countryside Animal Hospital! I highly highly recommend them!!

I am continually pleased by the level of service and care we get at this veterinarian. Same day appointment on a Saturday. Speedy exam and extraction of foreign item in the ear (don't want to gross people out) and a staff that knows the breed and it's particular needs. If you aren't taking your dog here you should be.

Dr. Dunning was awesome as well as all the staff. You can tell that everyone here loves to be at work and take care of animals. My dog Jax is hyper and smacked his tail around so much it was bleeding from the tip. They took care of him no problem and he warmed up to everyone nicely! They all had the right touch. I'm extremely happy. Will be back! We will have to try the grooming services next!
