Awesome veterinary hospital. New to the area, found them on Yelp when I had a mild emergency for my dog. I called around 7am, I had an appointment same day at 8:30am! Everyone from the front desk to the tech to the vet were so kind and friendly. My dog was totally at ease the whole time. We have since taken our other dog in for a chronic condition. They got to the root of his condition and he will have his surgery in less than 1 week. This place truly cares about the animals and pet owners!
Finally found a vet locally that showed as much care and appreciation for my fur children! From the minute I called to schedule the appointment through the entire visit everybody was extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Ciminello was excellent. Everything was explained in detail, the exam for my puppies was very thorough, she took the time to talk us through recommendations for my pets. I took my dog in today to get him dewormed and we were met with professionalism and great care! The Dr. Hopi and her nurses were fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. Plus new clients get a goodie bag. It was a little more than the last vet I went to, but it was very worth it for the amount of faith and excellent experience. Thank you for taking care of my puppy baby!
I am a brand new pet owner and a puppy mommy at that. I was really stressed out about finding the right vet for my puppy. After much research I decided on Countryside Animal Hospital and they did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in they loved on my puppy, the vet was patient and kind and took the time to educate us. My puppy did not want to leave. I highly recommend this place.
Love love love these guys. We always try to see Dr Ciminello, for no other reason that she loves my boys and they love her. Well Alfonse is warming up. We never feel rushed at the appointments , she always takes the time to make the boys comfortable. Every person we've interacted with at this vet hospital has been amazing.
I love this vet. My dogs actually enjoy coming to the vet. Dr. Hoppe is excellent at calming even my nervous pups. They are afraid of the groomer, but the grooming staff is excellent. Over-all a great vet. My whole family brings their pets here.
New to Phoenix, I needed special food and medication for my two dogs as we'd been traveling and was running short. The staff got us an appointment right away, had their records from the previous vet sent over, and we were greeted at the door by name like family. I love this vet! I plan on going to it for the rest of my life! They are super friendly, well priced, and the doctor was just a joy. I'm wary a lot of times Of vets because I've had times where they try to overcharge or rip you off, but this place isn't like those at all and I highly recommend it to anybody! Thank you guys for doing an amazing job and making me and my pet feel welcomed and comfortable!
Where do I start? My Rottweiler puppy had a subaortic stenosis and heart murmur. Pretty serious so when she started coughing yesterday evening I became really concerned. I called first thing this morning and the girls at the front desk were so sweet and fit Ruka right in.
