Really friendly but make sure to stay on top of everything funny how they never give calls to set up appointments for payments being made never reached out to me 1 times after I left the first visit and have been charge coming up on 3 times now! And still going to have to pay to cancel.

I am one of those who had a bad experience with Countryside. We brought in our cat with a urethra blockage on a Thursday. They were able to successfully diagnose the problem. Estimated charges: $510, including prescriptions. They removed the blockage and catheterized the cat. We picked him up that afternoon, WITH THE CATHETER STILL INSERTED, and informed we would have to bring him back tomorrow for a well check and have the catheter removed.
