I wouldn't recommend the grooming for shaggy types of dogs. They shaved my Golden without asking. I explained what to cut and what to trim. If there was a miscommunication, at least they could have called to confirm before taking the clippers to my boy.

Ok I know Covid and being careful and he we are in year 3 of this nonsense and Countryside has gone on lockdown AGAIN, can't come in with your pet. I go to human docs with no mask (but that's a different rant.) At this point it's too much and over the top, one person masked - you know y'all are going out and to restaurants and not quarantining all the time - will be finding a different vet.

Bought in my dog for a small sore on his cheek and was charged over 500.00 for a shot to alleviate scratching for 2 days, a small shave of the cheek area and a 10 day supply of antibiotics. This was an outrageous overcharge for a simple 30 minute office visit and I will never go back to this office.

We used to love Countryside... USED to. Since Covid their customer service has gone down the drain and they try to nickel and dime you. They are really bad at getting back to you and when my dog is sick and they don't know what's wrong they just told me there wasn't anything I could do for him but they were sure glad to charge me through the roof for doing nothing. They also make you bring your dog in for "check ins" for every small little thing.

It's nearly impossible getting a Dr on the phone and the receptionist have so much attitudes just spoke with Amber and she hung up on me. Like how is this acceptable? How is it that they are allowed to act so poorly. This is disappointing. Amber needs more training on the phone I'm regards to customer service.

Called to see if my dog can be seen because she is sick, and they advised me that they are to capacity with clients. Don't even bother going. Here unless your dog is an existing patient or you have 45 days to wait.

While my first 2 visits here were absolutely wonderful, I feel I must comment on my experience today. I made an appointment for my cat for annual shots online. Nowhere online did it say I would not be able come in with my pet; nor did any of the confirmation emails mention this either. They left a vm message today to confirm the appt tmrw and that it was a "curbside drop off". I called them back, and after being put on hold for 10 minutes, the girl answering the phone couldn't have been more rude. I told her I was unaw... read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Left me sit in hot car today 8/17/2020 for over 10 minutes with my 100 lb Lab. I knew when I made appt I was not allowed into the office and that they would come out to my car to get dog. However, sitting waiting for your appt IN A CAR while temps are 110 is ridiculous. Yes, I got there early for my noon appt by 10 mins. Called them to say I was there which they said ok we will be right out only to have them call me at noon to check me in. Asking the same questions they asked when I made ... read more

My cat was NOT ready to be put down! Dr. Vandenberg pressured me to do so "right now" because Countryside was closing, albeit he assumed she was suffering, while to me that didn't seem to be the case at all. Took her to another vet the next day and she is doing just fine!!! They addressed the possibility that this could be an acute issue and cared for her the way she ought to be cared for. Vandenberg explored NONE of these other possibilities. It was clear he had better things to do and just wanted to go home at the end of w... read more
