Courtesy Nissan is awesome My experience with Courtney Nissan was great! From the phone call letting me know my car was located at a different location to my car being delivered to my front door. Everything was so easy and customer friendly. I could tell they really cared about me and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything. The process was fast and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.
You won’t be disappointed The supervisor Chris always try’s to make things right! And Cassie swoops in to help in any way she can. I’ve been coming to this dealership for cars and service since 2010. They do their best to always have you leave satisfied.
Battery issue and transmission fluid exchange The service advisor was fantastic very attentive to my issues and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. I came back the next day with a different issue nail in tire and it was fixed quickly at no cost to me.
Excellent service! The service personnel are friendly and help with quick check-in and check-out for service appointments. The pick-up and drop-off service make scheduling a service appointment all the more convenient!
Don’t go breaking my bank!!! Kathy was my service advisor; besides her friendliness and easy approach, she represented what I expected from Courtesy Nissan. Engaging and very knowledgeable about my concerns. Most important a good listener to what concern me .
Excellent service Cassandra was an excellent communicator and service representative. She handled my recall ordering the parts and my immediate servicing of my Rogue very efficient and professionally.
Great service department Johnny Espinoza did a great job in the service department. He communicated what needed to be done to service my vehicle. I am never over sold on what needs to be done.
Great folks here! I travel from South Garland to have Courtesy service my car. I have used a couple of closer shops, but always go back to Courtesy. They are so kind and caring, they always find a good coupon for me. They have built an aura of trust with me that I don't feel with anyone else. Robert, my service manager, is the best! I've purchased my last two cars from them and have not been disappointed. Highly recommend.
Best Service Advisor Jeffrey was most helpful in explaining the service rendered. I was informed of all the progress during the service. Checking in was easy even without prior appointment.
