We love Courtesy Nissan, the best in town I arrived at noon for battery exchange, since this coming week we will be alert freezing, and try to avoid it stop working, because is 2 years old. And immediately Emilio Vazquez ( New Service advisor) arrived to help me, and took care for my request. Almost But Not Quite There I highly recommend the service department here. They are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. However, I gave a four star rating because my car was returned with a bent front license plate. This is the second time they've done this, and it's the second time I've given this feedback. I believe it happens when they provide a complimentary car wash. They must use an automated system that pulls the plate during the wash. I had to bend the plate back into shape. Shuttle and price This place used to be good with service department but not anymore. I always done service here with both of my Altima and never had a problem. Today when I serviced, everything was great except the part where the advisor won’t use my coupon since he requested two Lyft rides for me which is part of the courtesy shuttle service. I don’t know if I would bring my car back here again. I have driven 30 to 40 minutes for past 5 to 6 years for their service.
