Bob Schille was able to replace our front bumper in two trips to the dealership. Had I taken it to a body shop I would have probably needed a rental car and left mine for several days. Bob got me passed all those headaches and our Pathfinder looks as good as new. I've also had Bob as my Service Advisor for regular maint service and he has always done me right.
