This was my first time visiting Courtesy Nissan/Clay Cooley in Richardson since moving into the area. Easy to schedule appts. Scott was also easy to talk too, handled my request promptly and explained my vehicle warranty to me. The shuttle is also a win for someone that cannot sit and wait at the dealership.
