Horrible Experience The front desk staff is horrible. When I walked in to check in, three of them stood over their staring at me, no indication of acknowledging me, they did not disclose the parking charge until I asked them. The room we were given was in the back over a parking lot which they lend to the city buses to replace the street car system under repair. Try listening to running diesel engines of buses idling the whole day and night.

Overcharged for something that was already included in the price, changed twice for parking. The “free breakfast” was not free, instead of staff calling the front desk on the phone to fix the issue, they send us...; the door was broken and difficult to open; calling to resolve the issues did nor help , was placed on hold few times and no apologies

Overpriced for the quality. Place needs a deep cleaning or a renovation. Management is MIA. Bistro bar/restaurant lacks anything and everything and its just a sad place.

Turned away because they where over booked even with reservations. They where nice but no call no notice and arrived for a late check in after notifying them of my late arrival sold my room off.

Sorry to say ... Uninviting! We were in town for to attend a graduation. This hotel is not typical of the Marriott brand. It needs a major renovation. Issues include: dim lighting, bad flooring, a scary parking garage, etc. The basics like a clean room and a breakfast were fine but nothing special.
