-The room when I check in was not clean (bed not made bathroom not made) Also was an extra bed I do not ask for. - In the middle of the nigth the roller (courtain) fall down and in 3 days noone collect it nor repair it -the answer for this from the desk was not kind nor fast -This is not for this quality hotel -The manager apologize an offer me breakfast free. The breakfast was really poor quality (not for 20us costin menu) and the personnel was not kind. I has been there one year ago and was completely different

I don’t recommend this hotel.no teeth brush no hairbrush in the hotel.
We have booked a room with two queen beds and were given the keys to a room with one king bed. They didn’t have any rooms that would fit our needs to we had to sleep on a cot.
They didnt have the room I reserved.
Absolute Joke of a Business I arrived at around 1PM and the front desk advised that I was too early, but confirmed that I'd be getting a room with 2 beds and to come back later for checkin. They took my belongings and stored them away. I spent the day in the city with friends and came back to the hotel later in the evening. Upon attempting to check in, I was told in a very flippant manner "Oh well I've got bad news for you, we overbooked and you don't have a room". worst stay ever in the best city ever requested to check in early when I booked the hotel over a month and a half in advance, they were not able to accommodate which is fine. I called to have them put champagne glasses in the room upon arrival as we were bringing prosecco. they said no problem - however when we got into the room (super long wait to check in and then the room wasn’t ready until after 3pm) the glasses weren’t there. we realized there was a broken “fridge” (empty mini bar) in the room so we called down for them... read more
