Beautiful hotel in disrepair with poor service The card reader cover on our room was missing/broken... just a bad first impression; the minibar had been ripped out; probably wasn't going to use it anyway, but this left a mess of cords in the closet and the coffee machine was unplugged so I had to move it elsewhere; there was only a single packet of regular coffee so my wife and I split it; the shower had major water retention issues and it looked like some of the shampoo bottles had already been used. Overbooked and bad service When we arrived for a 3 day stay, we were informed that the hotel was oversold. We were put up the first night at the Embassy Suites down the street. From the sounds of it, it’s a regular event for them. We moved back to Le Meridian for the remaining two days. We had two rooms. We were both woken up both days by housekeeping as early as 7:45am. Even after I placed a Do Not Disturb sign on the outside handle, they still pounded on the door. So unprofessional!

Grosse déception Grosse déception pour cet hôtel. Bien loin des standards que propose la chaine" Le Méridien" habituellement. L'accueil a été simple, sans plus. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre dans laquelle nous avons été obligés de laisser les stores fermés car elle se situait au RDC d'un patio. La propreté laissait clairement à désirer (lentille de contact retrouvé au pied du lit...) Nous avions pris l'option petit déjeuner que je ne recommande absolument pas. I booked two rooms at the Le Meridien on Sunday night. My family was in Philadelphia for a family memorial service. My dad called 15 minutes ahead of time for the valet to retrieve our car. We still waited for over an hour for the car. We complained multiple times but there was nothing that could be done because the hotel was so short staffed. It made an already stressful day even more stressful and we were late to the service.

Would never stay there again I travel every week for work, but this hotel was something ! Rooms with 0 light!! But 0! Could have touch the building across the st Very basic hotel. I wouldn’t spend the money to stay there again

You cannot draw the curtains There are concrete walls staring within 10 feet and some demo and construction The lamps in rooms are way too bright and the whole setup is not conducive to unwind The entry does not have enough space to park a car and unload bags

Not Acceptable - Dirty Room I sent this email to the assistant GM of the hotel after our stay: "Sorry to report that Le Meredien fell well short of our expectations due primarily to the lack of cleanliness of the room. My wife remarked that it was the dirtiest hotel room she has ever been in. We didn't see everything until the next morning as we were getting ready to check out (just a one-night stay.)
