Cargos indebidos en la tarjeta de credito El hotel no está mal, habitación in poco anticuada, y falta un poco de limpieza, la atención de recepción pésima. Facilité la tarjeta de crédito como garantía por incodentes y me volvieron a cobrar la noche de hotel que ya esta pagada con hoteles.com, cosa que jamás me había pasado en ningún hotel y quince días después sigo reclamando el cobro. Me ha tocado hacer la reclamación a través de American Express por cargo indebido en la tarjeta.
The unique building style and cleanliness was a plus. The building lost power for a couple of hours which was a major problem. The power outage was never mentioned by the staff and there was no compensation for the problem.
Meh It wasnt a bad place to stay except the power went out and didnt come back on until 2am. Hotels.com has issued us a full refund, so, thats cool
Not the best experience I've ever had. Check-In was scheduled for 3:00 pm. We showed up at around 2:30 in the off chance we could check-in early; that was a no-go. Totally fine and expected. 3:00pm comes around and rooms with 2 beds (as I had reserved) weren't ready yet. I was told to wait a few minutes and they should be good to go. Also fine, I get it. After waiting for an hour and a half in the lobby and watching countless groups of people successfully check into their rooms I checked back in with the desk and they still ... read more
