The worst experience It was awful. I would never ever recommend this hotel. We had to wait a while for our room, then when we were told it was available when we arrived room service just started prepping the room-another 20 minutes. The next room the drawers didn’t stay closed which was a hazard walking by and the safe didn’t work. Then at our final (3rd room) room service never cleaned the room and we had to ask numerous times for supplies. The room was dirty, the top cover had something dried that looked like blood and the rest of the room just wasn’t in a clean state. There was left over tissue shoved into the peephole in the door from the previous guest. The hotel itself is very dark and gloomy. The valet parking is also extremely expensive and the only option for parking near the hotel. We wouldn’t go back again.
They gave me a room for disable people without asking me if I wanted it, which was not clean, the TV didn't work. I asked for a technician to come and fix it, but no one ever came. The first day, I went for breakfast, knowing that breakfast was served until 10 am, it was 10 am, and I was not served. I think they were more strict than they should be. If you are looking for a tired 3 star hotel with poor service, you will be happy here! However the woman tending the bar in the evening was great!
Snack Stolen The service was nice and my room was tidied daily. I’m leaving a low score because I had a rice krispy-esque snack that disappeared while I was gone for a few hours.
Housekeeping was absent. Very poor.
