We had to wait until after 6 pm for access to our room and were not able to delay checkout, had to pay for internet and the restaurant was shut down. Shower water was only warm, not hot, though room was clean and spacious. Most of the staff was very kind but had higher expectations at this price point.

Tania in the dining area was fantastic! The room was filthy! Tables were dirty. Phone,lamps and night stands were covered in dust. I will post them on my google review.

This hotel has a great location and good facilities, but it didn’t make me feel like it was a clean hotel. After spending the day out, I wanted to take a hot shower to relax, but I saw green mold on the showerhead in the bathroom. There was also some mold on the bathroom floor, which was very unclean. When I tried to use the shampoo, the bottle was nearly empty, and I had to squeeze out a little bit with great effort, which wasn’t enough. Arrived and they said the AC “in some rooms” is not working and you need to go to the Aloft hotel. It was late at night in the rain and they wanted us to walk to the other hotel. Supposedly they did not have our info to advise about the issue. We did receive a welcome message! No sense. Terribleeeee ! I book a different category than what I received because of their issue. They should have upgraded not downgraded !
