This company sent a representative to my elderly father's home and convinced him to purchase the CoverageX and ***** warranty for his vehicle. After paying $200 a month, that he barely has due to a fixed income, he was convinced that this would work for him. Months later, he took his care in for service. CoverageX kept asking about the mileage which the Car dealership sent numerous times. I have never done business with CoverageX, but I repeatedly received phone calls and text messages about a car that I do not own. I always explain that I do not own the car in question and the callers always hang up abruptly without ever trying to fix the wrong listing for me. I think this company might be a scam and/or predatory. Spread the word and do not engage with them.
Business has several different numbers and also fish out customers with information that is in accurate. Example they kept calling me about a ****** when I have a ******* I tried to say no but they asked me to hear them out. After reflecting on the purchased product I decided I couldn't afford another bill. So I tried to call and cancel services for my refund I was promised in my contract which I still have.
