Company is very dishonest. Get second opinions. The technician are all about up selling for commission. Simple repairs turn into big dollars. Owner will charm you with apologies and if he doesn’t get his way he will threaten you with lawsuits. Before you agree ask for the contract that they plant your signature on. Dirty business!!!

Do not recommend 0 Stars I had Cowboys come out to look at my AC because it would run non-stop but never cool the house down. When they came out they stated that I would need to replace both of the exterior air conditioners and both of the interior air handlers. Cowboys quoted me $24,000 which would include: “Replace 2-3 ton complete up flow (and horizontal) system(s) with all code, safety, and efficiency upgrades”. I had previously contacted other companies and even though Cowboys was by far the most expensive, I was led... read more

Ridiculously over priced…… Invested in the Reme Halo in duct air purifier……. Was really feeling good about it until I realized 2500$ of the 3014$ was labor…… it took them 20 minutes to install…… ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED…… will not refer

Business response:

Hi Amii, We understand that pricing is a big factor when it comes to home service jobs. Although the installation of the Remi Halo does not take that long, the rest of the work is a big job. We have to pump down the system to capture all the refrigerant, cut the indoor copper lines, pull the indoor evaporator coil and blower, and do an acid wash on it. Then we need to reinstall and reweld it back together. Finally, we recharge the system with freon and then pull a vacuum on the unit which that alone takes 45 minutes to pull ... read more

I called to request a pressure flush like recommended by previous tech (Miguel) and was rescheduled 3 times. The first time was a no call no show and I had to call them to find out they were not coming. The other 2 times the tech was sick. They send Miguel again and he was trying to get me to replace the coils to at were just replaced in Feb by another company just so he would feel better of fixing it. He was so aggressive and worried about how much I had paid to previous company. I asked him to leave and that I would just u... read more

Working with Miguel, I thought I was working with a technician but I think he was sales. I purchased my system less than 4 years ago and he wouldn't even look up the warranty coverage. Sadly today's economy doesn't allow me to just throw my money away to replace with a new system when I am still paying for the one they replaced a few years ago. 😔

1. I got conned out of $390 for a plenum that was supoosed to be replaced and instead was just insulated. I've spoken with several people and was told they would credit my card. to date no credit, even with the credit card dispute I file. 2. My a/c cycles on & off more often than before they touched it. 3. My CPS bill has doubled since they touched my a/c. Yes, they came out more than once just to tell me that nothings wrong. of course they will say that, knowing I have no a/c knowledge. Be careful if they send ... read more
