Get directionsHad an appointment for 9am this morning technician didn’t show up until 10:25 am. I had been called at 9:10 am and was told technician was on the way. Cowboy A/C has a habit of making appointments that are never kept or on time.
I had cowboys ac come out to do a routine check up ( my first time using this company) the guy comes in has a look at my unit and asked me if I noticed anything wrong with it and I'm like no not really it runs a little slow when it's super hot outside ( right then and there I knew I messed up saying that) he proceeds to look at unit 5 min later he comes to me and asked how old it was and before I could say anything hes like oh its 8yrs old and I'm like uh no try 3 yrs to which he replies oh well ok i thought 8 whatever... so... read more
They come unprepared to do a job. The first thing they needed was a ladder to get into the attic. They were suppose to be here two hours and be gone, because we had other things to do. We told this when we made the appointment. After looking around at the vents and glancing into the attic, they had to leave to go get supplies. They told me it would take them about an hour to get supplies and get back. So as of right now I am very upset with them.
Stay away from this company! They are over priced and have very poor customer/maintenance service. Would not recommend.
When the repairmen came out, they removed the cover from the coil portion of my blower and did not replace it properly. For a week (before I noticed) much of the cold air was dumping into the space around the blower. I wonder how much money and energy was wasted. Now I have the cover placed up against the unit and am waiting for the company to return my call. I feel they should finish what they started - and what I paid 8 times the original quote for.
Posting this for my neighbor Mrs Whittingham, very dissatisfied with your work, air ducts were supposed to be cleaned and when painting contractor came the next day and removed the vents, the ducts were full of dirt and dust and had not been cleaned.When she called to dicuss,felt staff were rude and disrespectful
They installed my unit a few years back . They promised me a free check up . After they installed my unit . I never heard from them again even after repeated calls .
used them for checkups twice a year. When my AC died in the summer they took 2 days to arrive and said my fan died and I need to replace my entire 5 year old Trane. When I told them i wanted a second opinion and a detailed quote they never called me again. But, no mater how many times I ask them to stop, they still call me for a 'checkup' Run away from these guys - they will upsell you when its working and screw you when its not.
