Creative Floors has been our home & business source for 20 years. Once again our experience was exceptional. Carl Bourland spent a long time with us, helping us understand all our flooring options and selecting the one just right for us. Delivery was scheduled at our convenience and installation began on the day promised by Mark and Carl of Bell Custom Floors who were both friendly and efficient. We strongly recommend Creative Floors for their extensive selection and professional assistance.
OMG! I am so happy with my new floors. Creative Floors did an outstanding job from the consultation at the store ,Chris was a knowledgeable and patient. His recommendation turned out to be the best choice. The demolition crew was on time and cleaned up after they finished the job. The Installation crew was outstanding as well. Very detail oriented and professionals. I highly recommend creative floors and its staff.
Creative Floors just finished my second project. First was engineered wood in Longwood, FL, several years ago. The crew did a fantastic job on the install after Carl Bourland guided me through the selection process. The second job was just completed in a condo on the Atlantic Ocean, in Ponce Inlet. Don't go to the big box stores, go to Creative Floors. A friend suggested them and I am so glad he did. I have been working with Carl Bourland at Creative Floors for some remodeling projects I wanted to do. He found the right tile for my backsplash in the kitchen. What was I thinking? I had went to Lowe’s to get carpet but they weren’t so clear on their process and I found out it would be three weeks before an installer could get my carpet in. That wouldn’t work because we were trying to get our house on the market by the following weekend. Creative Floors rep, Bob Hapka, Made things happen. He got us the carpet we loved, the price we could work with, and installed on the day we needed. The installers were clean, quick ,and super efficient. This is my second job that I had done by Creative Floors Casselberry and as the last the perfect experience. Creative has a great selection of carpeting and other flooring and very knowledgeable and helpful. Bob was great keeping me abreast of expected installation dates and the rest of the team could not have been nicer to work with. The installers were top notch.
