The app closes every time I check my email for the verification code. By the time I am able to get it open again, it says the verification code is wrong. I have been through this numerous times.

I want out of this loan I was lied to from the beganing. I want some one to call my husband an talk to him bc I has for 3 year loan it's been over 3 an I still owe 11 k on an 13k loan something is not right I am calling a lawyer next week I done paying for a car that is only work 3 k am owe 12k

This app was working fine, but fir the past couple months when I login (on the Welcome page under your accounts) it says error loading data and doesn't give me the info like it used to. Has a retry button and when I click that, still same problem, nothing. I have un-installed and reinstalled several times and still the same problem. Please fix this. I used to enjoy using the app, but not any more!!

It's been over a year now and it is still difficult to use. It's my car, in my name, my social security number and I STILL have to use guest pay because it does not recognize me any other way. I still get charged the 3$ every time too. Auto pay doesn't work for me because it takes them at least 2 to 3 days to process which negatively effects my other auto pays. I switch apps to unlock my debit card for payment now and it not only logs me out but resets all payment info.

App refuses to log in. I've updated password and immediately tried logging into the app and it still says there an error. I'm not around my PC often so I was hoping I could be able to use the mobile app but I guess not.
