I have been a customer since August 2025 and regularly pay my monthly EMI. My car's registration certificate has expired; the local BMV office informed me that they need the vehicle title mailed by Credit Acceptance before they can proceed with the next steps. Over the past 20 days, I have called the Credit Acceptance office three times, but no one has been able to provide a satisfactory answer. I am not receiving any cooperation from them.
This app worked great at first, now everytime I open it to make a payment it tells me "something went wrong sorry for the inconvenience" I also can't use the guest pay because I dont know my account number but thats on me, I really like the convenience of using the app I just wish it worked better.
they got me a finance when no one else would..but the rate is very very expensive
never let anything unexpected in life happen bc if you EVER get behind on ur loan it's almost impossible to catch it up
not so simple to make an on line payment. after filling in visa card info no make payment button. after getting all info needed I should see a make payment and there isn't one. fix it to make it easier
I wouldnt recommend credit acceptance to anyone. If you have no other choice then do what you got to do.
extremely slow to load crashes so often I generally am suprised the few times it has worked
app sucks never loads up at all
