Interest rates are ridiculous. I pay 364 every month only half goes to car payment. I will never finance through this company again.

Why a fee for extra payment.
Worst finance company ever. They paid to have an engine replaced in a car they financed for me. Then, when that engine was ruined 3 days later because of shoddy workmanship by the mechanic, they refused to help me go after the mechanic to fix the car so I could continue driving and using it. They still expected me to make payments on the car. I voluntarily let them repo the car. And, they are still expecting me to pay for the vehicle, which they sold to someone else for parts at an auction.
Bad business, they set up their paperwork to mess with the customer and their future.

I have had this 2020 chevy Malibu for like 4 months and as Im going down the street today the way my head hurting I might have a slight concussion. Im no mechanic but I think that there's a serious problem with the transmission. I have only driven this car for 24 thousand mile.It has a warranty that don't expire until next year and I shouldn't be close to the mile stipulation that they put on it.so Ill see how this go..look out for the results
