Very disappointed doesn't work on my android I get all the way to sign in but can't scroll down far enough to click enter

La peor de todas, por un maldito crédito de 13 mil dólares me cobraron alto interés, y no me devolvieron la garantía de mi carro faltando 1 300 millas para que se completará, no lo recomiendo para nada

I downloaded the app the other day when I found out about it. I'm just now opening it and trying to get in, well, needless to say I can't get past the "I agree" statement because it's not letting me tap the box to check it. So unless this is fixed, I will be uninstalling the app. IF this is fixed, I'll update my rating status. Update: when I got to the page about tapping the box to agreement it frozen and wouldn't allow me to scroll or tap, because I did try that and it wouldn't work. It works

The app is slow and takes multiple tries to get a payment to go through. Also why can't we log out of the app when a payment finally goes through?

Very junky app, freezes, buttons stall or just don't work outright should update immediately to fix this.

It says in the email we would be able to use fingerprint or face recognition, but when I looked there isn't a selection for face recognition nor can you select the a count setting tab. Untill this is fixed I'll just use the website because at least my password will auto populate there.

After making my payment, instead of telling me my transaction was complete, I was prompted to make a payment. This led me to believe that the payment had not gone through, resulting in a duplicate payment being made! Frustrating and sneaky!
