the processing fee of $3.75 is crazy! nevertheless you can't zell/ or pay them. One cannot make payments without this fee and that is not fair.
These clowns send due notices, like 3 times a month, even thought I'm paperless. They constantly want you to update insurance policies, even thought you never miss a payment..!!!
