it's a good service BUT when I let them know a pmt arrangement has been made.. wer constantly getn calls saying our pmts are late
try any other option before you go go this route. a lot of interest. Debt trap. All bad.
The ACI fee is trash. I'll be reaching out to my former loan team to see if they will buy the loan, so no fee is applied when I make a payment.
