hey, your app still isn't working. please fix it. I hate paying this bill and you make it even worse.
issues signing in. im in a kinda boot loop of signing in. I'll do my email and password then it'll keep asking me to sign in over and over and over
APP won't allow me to go beyond the AGREE upon sign in. There is not a button pop-up to proceed once you click the "I agree" box.
If I could leave zero stars for this company.I would, but it doesn't allow me to do that. if you have any dealings with these people, I say, get your money out.And run. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life.Paid off my loan within five months because of it. Or should I say i'm still in the process of trying to pay it off
Changing down to a one star as the app doesn't even log me in after the last update. I've tried reinstalling and nothing works. Guess I'll just do it on a browser.
