scummy lenders, scummy interest rates, and it's almost impossible in practice to actually pay extra towards your principal, I'm 2.5 (half way) years into my car loan and I would have had it paid off by now if the scum on the other end of any call would have been helpful

I rang to cancel a payment and set up another . but the cancelled payment still showed on my app. when I spoke to 3 people separately I was assured it was cancelled. as I suspected it came out when I was told it wouldn't and now I'm overdrawn by 250 bucks. !!? and will be charged daily . they lied to me on 3 occasions and took theoney anyway

these people are a nuisance text letter email to remind you of your payment
never finance a vehicle through this company they scam unexpecting people, and you will end up paying 3x what the vehicle is worth. they are being sure by some states because of their practices.
trying to pay a note , portal is temporarily unavailable. when I call the number they say it's working. I deleted it and downloaded it again. what do I do now?

it's very difficult to use this app and very antisocial I would rather talk to someone in person and hand my cash in someone's hand
