This app rarely works
I've been using this app for months and its worked just fine and had an update. And now when I click on the app, all I get is a white screen, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still does the same thing highly disappointed cause I don't like calling in to make my car payments.
App does not work...it's just a grey screen. I've uninstalled and installed... still not working
App non functional after Aug 6th update. App worked just fine, and then there was an update to the app and terms of service. The app update went ok, but the terms of service aknowledement dialog quickly popped up and then disappeared, preventing me from agreeing with them. As a result, the app is stuck and can not access my accounts. I am able to use the website just fine without error, but the app, even after deleting and re-installing is useless.

The app doesn't work
I can't even get on the app the page just goes gray. I've un-installed it an reinstalled it like 4 times I've had the app since I bought the car in 2020 I had no problems til now
The app is not working again. I always make my payments biweekly, and the website doesn't give you the option. Please fix this! I've tried emailing, and it says it's not monitored. What is up with that. I was warned about customer service and this app. Unfortunately, it's true.
