The update needs to be undone. Now I cannot pay my bill! Every time I try enter the amount I want to pay, the numbers bounce all over the place up to 1 million dollars! Extremely aggravating!!

This app is utter garbage. Takes forever to load anything and I got to use the biometric feature once before it completely broke and now it doesn't work.

If you forget your password, they will email you a code to reset it. However, when you check your email and go back into the app, you have to start over. Unless you're using 2 devices, it's not possible. In other words, this app is designed by idiots!

It says I need to go into the Web app to view my documents not the mobile app but it won't let me do anything. What is a link to the Web app
