There is no option to chat with someone on a holiday to deal with account issues in 2023. It just leads to a phone number.
Even if you return the car to the place you bought it from through these CROOKS. You will still have to pay the remaining balance. If at all possible DO NOT waste your time or money dealing with these thieves or the people who go through them to sell cars.

App won't let me do anything. Says "no internet" and I'm sitting here using my house wifi which is connected.

Run this company and thier customer service reps cannot be trust. Im constantly told one thing and then they do something else. I would say look into the lawsuits. Some shady stuff going on here!!!
