The app worked excellent until.. the new update. Now I have to use email. So no thank you on that update! How do you give zero stars?
The app stopped working. Can't even use it unless I get on google to do it now
I can't see my loan or can't add one I just bought a truck so if it's not fixed to where I can see my loan how am I goin to pay my loan it needs to be easier to get in to
Keeps telling me I'm not connected to the Internet and won't let login
I dont like this new app. The old one gave me more info on my acc. I wouldn't give it a star but I had to in order to give my opinion.
I just downloaded the app for the first time. I've always paid online thru the website. Figured the app would be more convenient. NOPE! The app doesn't work! Soon as I try to login I don't even get to type. It goes directly to "No Internet" and just blinks. And yes I have internet and everything else works on my phone.
I have been trying for two days to open the app, and it's not working.
It never works the way you want it to and having a loan through credit acceptance is one of the worst. They should update their app if they're going to charge such a high interest rate
I'm not sure what happened to the app, but it no longer loads. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it opens to a blank gray screen. When it worked, it was good.
