I find it very difficult to make a payment with this app!
I wouldn't recommend credit acceptance on the way they treat their customers in the end at the customer has something that goes wrong and their car dealers are worth no good at all
Wonderful finance company. But has some very rude employees.
this app is the worst. and it's about to make me late on my payment!! it says I'm not connected to internet whether I am or not and it won't load.

Doesn't even deserve a star. Extremely slow app. EVERY time i open it, I have to go through the "I agree" page. I've never felt the need to leave a review for something until now.
I have not been able to get on the since I have not been able to get on the app since I have had the loan, nor does the phone work. I call, and it hangs up on me. HELP!
My anti-virus flagged as malware. This company does whatever the car dealer wants. They are looking for every opportunity to squeeze more money from you. The car was $3,999. After giving $2,000 they wanted another $ 1,000. Raised the price of the car $2,000. And never mentioned it until I saw the contract. Was told that was the cash price. I tried downloading this app to my month old Galaxy S24 ultra and can't get past setting up my password. I'll just stick to just using the one time payment portal it's less of a headache. Oh and p.s when is it ok for a rep to ask the loan owner when is his or her pay day for the record that really is your business. Everyone pay period isn't going to fall on the due date for said payment. Haven't even been with this company long and I already hate it. Can't wait until I can refinance this loan.😞
