Since the update it just says error for my account and I can't make a payment through it. Can't make a payment through the website either. Update: still can't access my account.

I'm sorry but being that this is a bank I feel you need to update this app it's already telling me that I have an account that exists and then again it won't even let me sign in

Issues signing in,claims to use biometrics but never works,I sign in with entire password everytime,dont say it does something if it doesnt

Can't log in or use biometrics to get in. Been trying all day. Done uninstall/reinstall and still not working. It didn't ask for any permissions either when reinstalling.

It's kind of hard to navigate through, but most importantly I really wish that they would just show you what your pay off amount was on the app!

Does not work even when following the 3rd party cookie acceptance which I shouldn't have to do just to make payments other app do not require it. Best just to call and talk to customer service directly unfortunately

Sign in with fingerprint NEVER works and it blocks my PWM. Way less useful than the website which completely negates it's purpose as an app.
