Something is wrong with the app it's not working
I had auto pay on for this app and I got zero notification that it was turned off and that I was due for payments and I went 8 months missing car payments and now I owe over $1400 in car payments. Now I manually pay and I have reminders set on my phones calendar for next months payments so I don't miss them. Also having login in issues the app won't load my account today of all days for me to make a payment that's due this very day. The app is gonna make me miss a payment.
Won't let me enter in Zip code when saving payment info. Makes this app useless IMO

My app don't work on my phone S20
I've been trying to set up my account- however the first initial time I tried the phone cut off during the middle of it and so even tho my social was added- I was not able to set up anything further. So I cannot log in it says account exists- I do not know my account number - having a hard time even making payments because it is such a hassle. Pleasehelp!
When I open it is blank
I have saved my card to this app. And setup direct payment. It says we don't accept Visa. All cards on the planet are Visa. So I get 100 call a day about a payment yet you won't let me. Ahhhhhhhhhhh. Let me payyyyyy.
App will not let you add valid card expiration date will only let you add 3 numbers example 03/2 will not let you add last number. App is useless
