Glitching.. Keep online payments simple. I'm tapping multiple times to try and make a simple payment. Make your payment portals that are current payments simple and separated from other info, etc.

My fiance uses this app and can't pay for his payment because your app and website is BUGGED and MESSED UP. He can't even put his card expiration in because it won't let him! Seriously you need to fire your IT team and app/web planner!
They customer sever is not good they don't know how to talk to people and they fell to realize if people don't buy a car they don't have a job so they need to learn how to talk to the customer

First, I had trouble logging in, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled the app. Second, once I was able to log into my account, I couldn't finish setting up the account because it said I wasn't connected to the internet. This is a mobile app, and I was using wifi, but I shouldn't have needed the internet because I have data. I was told to use the app to make payments easier, lol, I've yet to be able to use it and hate it. I only gave this one star because I couldn't give it 0.
I'm having issues making a payment now for some reason. When I go to put my debit card info, it won't let me put the expiration numbers in. Only allows 3 digits. It has worked great in the past but the last 2 times I've tried, this same issue has happened. Please help...
First of all it will not allow you to set up face recognition it keeps turning off . Second yea they give you the loan when your credit is bad but if your loan is $20,000 you pay them almost $35,000 I am grateful I got the loan but this is nothing but a legit mafia .
