Austin Jackson promised me I would be in a house in 6 months. I pay them 115$ every month. What a waste of money. This company sux. The kid Austin won't even return my phone calls!! People beware!!! Do not give them any more money!! I wish I had never even began with them!!!

Place is horrible never got anything removed score never went up they can’t tell you what is going on in detail with my file paid 600 for nothing all I was told is to check the portal which after 6 months still nothing changed

I cancelled my membership with them because my family and I had become homeless and couldnt afford to keep the service. upon trying to cancel the person assigned to my case tries and tries to keep my services. i finally got it cancelled and 2 days later they charge my account and over-drafted it. thanks for all your help. money hungry scam! just so your aware still homeless and now in debt with a newborn and 3 other kids. hats off to you credit innovation group... you really disappointed me Alice! 😡
