My experience with Credit9 has been dicey and I would urge caution. Among other errors, Credit9 made an internal billing system change in Spring of 2023. My direct debit payments stopped. Credit9 sent no notifications about why the payments stopped and I immediately reached out. I was told not to worry, the billing system was being updated and I was in no way delinquent. Never use this company! They say they will pay off all your debt but then they dont. We have had two credit card companies now come after us one for a judgment against us and the other saying they havent been paid at all and wasnt told they havent been. Now we owe credit 9 and these credit companies. They are hard to reach and then tell us there is nothing they can do. Also dont use Americore they are the company you first go through to get to credit 9. They have completely screwed us and the payments are super high compared... read more

Credit 9 has not done anything for me. All the back and forth and not knowing how or when they are going to do their part. Just too much.

I did the prequalification and then called to check on the status of the loan. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude from the minute. He answered and then hung up on me. I would definitely not recommend going with a company that treats people in this manner

Wish I did more research before going through with this defaulting payments. It ruined my credit, then when I called for a refinance. You're required to have over a 680.

I've told them I wasn't interested in their services but they continue to call me several times daily. It's annoying!
Although I havent received multiples of calls, I just now found out that Credit9 is Americor debt consolidation. I dont know why they have to lie about who they are but that immediately sent me off and I canceled my application.
